Uniquely Downingtown is dedicated to life and living in the Borough of Downingtown. It was conceived to capture and deliver the "experience" of Downingtown. Many of the images and much of the information recorded herein are unique to Downingtown, but not all are truly unique in the strict sense of the word. In some cases, uniqueness is achieved simply by being "the one" in Downingtown. In that sense, this is all unique to Downingtown.

ASPIRE

Uniquely Downingtown is intended to be a physical record, an architectural record, an historical record, a demographic record, and more. While that in itself is an ambitious undertaking, hopefully this site will lead to more than just a photographic album and archive of this community...

Uniquely Downingtown aspires to promote community awareness, interest and spirit, not just in Downingtown, but in all communities, including your community!
