Q1. How do you run Rover?

A1. Rover is a MicroStation Macro and only runs inside of MicroStation.  The
following command will run Rover, "macro Rover" (omit the qoutes).  If the
macro is not installed in a directory that is defined in as part of
MicroStation's workspace configuration, the full path must be specified.
