=============================================================================== OK2try - www.ok2try.com =============================================================================== Product ======= OKtimer Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 Freeware version 01.01.00.02 OKtimer is a "minute minder" like timer that you can use to remind you to do something once a set time expires. It also includes a display of the current time and a scrollable calendar. =============================================================================== Installation ============ OKtimer (oktimer.exe) may be installed in the directory of your choice. The recommended location is c:\program files\oktimer\. =============================================================================== Operating Information ===================== OKtimer has three keyin fields, one for the hours (0-23), one for the minutes (0-59) and one for the seconds (0-59). Once these are set to the desired time, the Start button activates the countdown. At the end of the countdown, the system beeps, and a reminder dialog is displayed. The Stop button can be used to abort the countdown. The Start button always activates the timer using the values entered in the keyin fields. This version does not allow you to pause the timer and then continue it later from the point you left off. If you stop the timer, you can manually set a shorter time to "continue" it. OKtimer also includes a display of the current time and a scrollable calendar. You can access this window from the menu by selecting, View -> Show Date / Time. The time display updates every 5 seconds, so you might notice a delay relative to the actual system time, but this delay is never more than 5 seconds. This could be made more accurate, but doing so would consume more computer processing resources. =============================================================================== Support ======= OK2try offers limited support for the freeware versions of its software, and shall in no way be obligated to provide support to any party.
