Q1. How do you run CRD2Elem?

A1. CRD2Elem is a MicroStation Macro and only runs inside of MicroStation.
The following command will run CRD2Elem, "macro CRD2Elem" (omit the qoutes).
If the macro is not installed in a directory that is defined in as part of
MicroStation's workspace configuration, the full path must be specified.
