	OK2try covers Limited Warranty
	The dimensions and data you provide in your order are intended to verify the cover size, shape and desired appearance. We do our best to ensure that our covers match your specifications exactly. Covers are not intended to be contour fit. OK2try warrants its covers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five years from the date of purchase. OK2try will repair or replace, at no charge to the consumer, any cover exhibiting defects in materials or workmanship during that time. This warranty does not apply to wear, abuse, unreasonable use, or modifications. Color fading and slight variations and imperfections in fabric and print are to be expected, and are also not covered under this warranty. If your cover exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship, contact OK2try by mail to: OK2try, 2632 Poplar Hill Road, Lima, NY 14485. Please provide a description of the situation, and your purchase date. In no case shall OK2try be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential of incidental damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
	Ordering Procedure
	Orders may be placed by using the on-line order form, fax, email, mail or phone. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation including a product summary and total purchase price. OK2try creates custom made covers according to your specifications at prices equal to mass-produced covers. Your order confirmation will also provide an approximate ship date. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please follow the instructions included in the confirmation. Payment or credit card information must be received before orders will be shipped.
	Payments
	OK2try accepts Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and money orders. Please do not send cash. Checks and money orders should be made out to OK2try. A waiting period will be applied to all personal checks. Prices shown are in US$. Payment must be made in US$.
	Shipping
	OK2try uses world-class shipping companies to ensure that your product is delivered with care and in a timely manner. Shipping charges will be applied to orders as follows: Order Amount Shipping Charge For orders totaling less than $25.00 $5.00   For orders totaling $25.00 - $100.00 $7.50   For orders totaling over $100.00 Free   Currently, OK2try ships to US addresses only.
	Returns
	Returns - OK2try accepts returns within 30 days of the original shipping date. Covers must be returned in good condition. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. See below for more information about manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Manufacturing Defects - All covers are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but if you receive a cover that has a manufacturing defect, we will replace the cover at no extra cost for either the replacement cover or shipping per our above warranty. Covers which show obvious signs of abuse and not manufacturing defects will not be replaced. Shipping Damage - If you receive a package that has obvious damage, do not accept the shipment. If concealed damage is discovered, contact the shipping company to file a claim and contact us to report the damage and allow us to prepare a replacement cover.
	Privacy
	We respect your privacy and concerns about security when using the Internet. We have similar concerns, and are dedicated to maintaining a positive relationship with you through your continued trust in us. What information do we collect? When you place an order we collect personal information including your name, address and credit card information. If you join one of our newsletters, we collect your name and email address. How is this information used? We use your order information to ship purchased products to you, and process your payment. If you join one of our newsletters, we use your email address to deliver the newsletter. Is this information shared? Your individual information will not be shared with anyone outside of OK2try. We may provide others with aggregate information, such as number of customers, average order size, etc., and we will provide information about gross sales receipts to the proper authorities as required by law for tax purposes. Can you remove your information from our database? Yes, send an email to coverinfo@ok2try.com requesting that your information be removed from our records.
	Security
	Secure Transactions - OK2try uses secure transactions on our on-line order form. This procedure encrypts your data so that it can not be read by others. Orders are not stored on the on-line server, so your data remains secure. Just so you know, our secure server name is safeco4.net, so you will see this name in the location field of your browser when you place your order. Ongoing Security Precautions - All personal information you supply while ordering, requesting information, or joining our mailing lists is maintained in a secure environment and in accordance with our privacy policies, which are described above.
